I think I'm locked out of my account, what do I do?
More than likely you have reached the maximum amount of login attempts. All you have to do is click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Fill in all of the necessary fields in the form and let us know that you've possibly been locked out. We will work with you to unlock your account and help you recover your password.

How do I upload a picture from my cell phone?
Log in to Lucky Link and follow the simple instructions on the mobile page. All you will need is to take a picture from your mobile phone or device and send it as a text message or email to your personally assigned LuckyLink picture message address.

Privacy
How do I make my profile private?
You can set your profile to private by visiting the Privacy page under the Account menu. When your profile is private, only people added to your Favorites list can view your complete profile. Members that are not in your favorites list will only be able to view your picture and display name. They will have to request access and you will have to approve access in order for them to view your complete profile.

How do I add photos to my profile?
To add photos to your page, click on the Photos tab across the top menu while logged into LuckyLink. Acceptabel image formats are .gif, .jpg, .png. If your image is not one of the acceptable image formats, open your photo in an image editor and convert it to the acceptable format.
